A story has been told to us of young girls "busted" for drinking and taken to the libby cemetary where the arresting officer requested sexual favors in return for no arrest. The girls were hand cuffed, felt up and kissed ....
The Officer was immediatley fired by an awesome, respectful law man Clay Coker, while the offending officer was in police training school. However, this officer was then given a job on the police force in Fairview Montana, of course he did the same thing there.
One of the fathers of the girls in Libby Montana filed a complaint with the State about Bernie Cassidy's lack of action. That investigation led no where, more on that case later. Another interesting tidbit is who the officer was, that will be coming soon.
This Story has been told to me and I will Soon Share more of it with you. You really deserve to know more about what is happening to your children in the hands of law enforcement and who stands up for the "bad guys". I don't feel that ANY newspaper over the last decade that has not told you this stuff so that you could protect your family should still be in business. Violating Public Trust by withholding information to please advertisers is a horrible disgrace and sin against every single resident in Lincoln County Montana.
This incident was 9 Years ago Folks and Still Rape and Sexually inappropriate behavior is condoned in Lincoln County Montana. Don't think that just because Hix was fired that Lincoln County has any intention of making those in top level law positions take action on sexually inappropriate behavior.
