If you work on the inside and Know "Stuff", or if a cop has beat you up or something, such as when you call for help and they rough you up.. they know they done something Wrong and Illegal.. .. so what they do next is ticket you for Sound Pollution, any possibility at a DUI, any little thing that they can come up with. This way when you go to court to speak up about what they did to you then you will have all these tickets FROM THEM and you will be DisCredited... oldest Trick in the book.. Works Every Time
