How Does 1.2 Million Dollars Turn into $25,000? Just Like Magic

Remember the Wilderness Club Resort Vs. the McKay Family? The Million Dollar Lawsuit that Lincoln County Montana Made Go Away? Well I will Never, ever forgive the Wilderness Club for coming to our little town and doing what they did to this family. Big Money ran over a local family and NO one listened, people acted like, hey it is not my problem and they did not stand up for the McKay Family.

The Realtor was involved in Opening up an old ROAD with permission and cutting down trees on private property, the Realtor knew that nothing would happen and that he could do whatever he wanted to and so he did.

In Lincoln County Courts, and in Montana Supreme Court the McKays had the Same Attorney, Right? It was Amy Guth.

The Rumor mill, at the time, led us to believe that Amy Guth's life had been somehow threatened and that the gas was left on in her home. Did this Really Happen?

The Rumor Mill Suggests that Amy Guth Never Loses a Case in Prezeau’ Court, so why did she lose that one? Oh wait she kind of won, there was a 1.2 million dollar judgment against the Wilderness Club Resort in Eureka Montana, but Prezeau overturned that to $25,000 just like magic.

There is no point in forcing tax paying citizens to go to jury duty in Libby Montana, it makes no sense at all, the jury decides AND the JUDGE says NO to that.. Then why waste time and money on a Jury trial in the first place? Makes No Sense.

Now the Wilderness Club Bullied this family for years, Stole their trees, RUINED their quality of life, and they Broke Covenants in the Koocanusa Estate Subdivision in Eureka Montana.

They violated a court order, a temporary injunction, the Wilderness Club was told by this Montana Judge to STOP building and they Deliberately and Obviously violated this order and NOTHING at all came of it..

They Got to keep the Illegal Building that the neighbors fought so hard to stop them from building AGAINST the covenants and NOTHING happened to this Big Resort. Money Talks, Locals Walk.

It is Shocking injustice at its best ( not to Be Compared with the Reigning King of Shocking Justice - WR Grace Victim Smackdown)

Why bother having a Jury Trial if ONE man can over turn it? And what if the Supreme court can be bought for $50,000, surely that is not true, but the Rumor Mill thinks it is and if you can buy a Supreme Court Decision in Montana then, well.. $50,000 is a far cry from 1.2 Million Right? Do you think there is any Truth to any of this? Nahhh....

Is there a chance that Amy Guy had ANY sort of Conflict of Interest in all this? Well the Rumor Mill things it is a VERY Big possibility. And you may just be shocked at what they are saying.

The Question is what motivated Judge Prezeau to back off well over a Million Dollars? Did he really feel it unjust? I mean, as I said why have Jury Trial in the First Place if a Judge Really Makes this Decision?

What was Amy Guth's real action in all this? Was she really on the McKays Side of all this? Did she really act with the Highest Fiduciary Duty?
