How long can a district JUDGE Legally Ignore - Refuse to Judge on a Case? I mean is there a yearly fee or something to him? What's the Deal?

How long can a district court judge put your case on the shelf and HOLD UP your money.. well I know one that Judge Prezeau ( we call him the Let Em' go Judge) any whoo... this case he has "benched" for 6 years now and the homeowner is suffering, Amy Guth is in on this one as an attorney for the Party that is staying away from having to PAY.

How come a District Judge has no oversight in these matters of holding up people's lives... we hope to have more details on this one soon.. however GUESS what we heard that the Party Amy Guth Represented has now went bankrupt.
