So many Sexual Scandals involving Cops over the last Decade and More.. Why Can You Do NOTHING...

I know I like to act like Law Enforcement is NOT above the Law, but I know that they are. I have heard so many stories of Lincoln Law Enforcement, No Wonder the Criminals Get away with Horrible Crimes when the Law Enforcement here is doing some of those same things themselves.

We are Getting stories out of Libby of 2 cops having sex on Duty over the last 6 years and we are getting many more questions about Judge Hicks and where that story has went to.

Meanwhile no one seems concerned with why Justice of the Peace Jay Sheffield was hired as a FULL TIME Officer and did not register with the State of Montana in any way and then he was in a Position to Judge his own cases. Who cares right?

I mean after a Jury trial in Libby awarded a local couple 1.2 million dollars in a case against the Wilderness Club and there was no doubt of their guilt, then the Local Judge turned this Punitive Damages award into $25,000. Why bother wasting YOUR MONEY and TIME on a Jury Trial if the Judge is going to Do what He wants. Then this Case Goes to the Montana Supreme Court and SHOCK, the lowly - NOT Rich homeowner loses. Oh well.. we move on..

How many times do we let this stuff keep happening and we keep turning a blind eye.

And decades of WR Grace Killing our Families Slowly and Painfully only to decades letter get into the Montana Court System, where Victims are NOT allowed to Be Labeled Victims By Law until a Montana Court says they are. WR Grace Killed Us, Killed our way of life and put a forever Stigma on Libby Montana, and our state let them.

They encouraged them to do so, they stood by them and now they are pretending to come in to the rescue after the WR Grace Montana Victims Rights smack down in the recent trial. Of Course the Residents of Libby Lose, by now they have everything taken from them and have no real fight or money left for any kind of Justice and Lincoln County, as usual took the side of Big Money... Shock there..

I am Sure it is Absolutely False, and a Seriously Mis-Guided Rumor but either way I have heard several times that it Cost $50,000 for a Supreme Court Decision in Montana. Surely this is not true, but still I have heard it so much now that it does make me think.....

Folks this Stuff is Really happening here and has for decades, either it is time for all GOOD people to Leave Lincoln County Montana or for all Good People to Make a Stand for what we have in Common, and to Demand that Laws be Enforced. This is Your Watch Folks. Do you want gang rapes and meth cook houses to be our county motto.. For Now it certainly has this reputation. I have heard of so many gang rapes over the last 2 decades now that I am beginning to think it is some sort of "Initiation" or Lincoln County Right of Passage.
