So what I heard was that the trial, hearing or whatever "legal remedy" happened, was that Marrian Roose, Kent Roose get to have the Widow's House for this No Fault Accident, that may have had "fault" to it, and that the Widow gets to live there for the Rest of Her life but after that Kent Roose gets the house. Cruel, Unjust??? You bet, but that is How the Lincoln County Justice System Works. So who will live longer, the Widow or the Recipient? Hmmm... well maybe this is just for the heirs.

At any rate, Marrianne Roose's "Family" sure do seem to get favorable, profitable outcomes on legal issues - court decisions in Lincoln County Montana.
