It is Time to Start Telling the Stories of Some of the Folks that Called me, who Sent the Stories to Me. So many tell me that they think I made all this Stuff up because I am have a Grudge. NO I did Not have Grudge.. or maybe I am a Man Hater. .. many say that. .Well NOPE wrong again..

Shocking but many I have known my whole life think I Do this TRUTH Telling, this Online Media, this News by the People for the People because I am angry... and because I am a Lesbian. Orr, I said I would not expose him, thing is, he is taping all Libby Council Meetings, he seems to be still exposing the Injustice, however he does not talk to me anymore.. and during my Need for Voices to back me.. well there were only a few.. and he was not one of them.. D.C. Orr Knows Libby Well and this Conversation is One of a whole lot that came to me in 2009 before and during the Recall for Sheriff Anderson.

Decades ago the Lincoln County sheriff would answer nighttime emergency calls from home – a one-bedroom apartment in the courthouse basement next door to the jail.

ahh.. shucks sounds so innocent back then, except .. well I was around in the 70's 80's .. 90's and it was not so sweet and innocent now was it.. ??

Daryl Anderson recalls those days because in 1966, a few months shy of his 21st birthday, he became a deputy. He was able to survive off a meager monthly salary of $285, he said, because the state paid gas mileage at a rate of 11 cents per mile. The sheriff and his two or three deputies supplied their own car, gun, ammunition and equipment.

Other Possible means of Survival, in My Opinion.. Pay Offs, Bribes, Pay to Play, Woman Supporting him while he beat them.. and other sources of "Survival" ..

“They gave you a radio and a red light and you had to insure your own vehicle,” recalled three-term sheriff Anderson, who is retiring this month after a nearly 45-year law-enforcement career in Lincoln County.

While Anderson relishes in the good – sending bad guys to jail, helping earn the department much-needed grant money and participating in Special Olympics – he can’t easily shake off the bad – unsolved crimes, innocent victims and the criminals who got away.

Yes While Anderson Relishes in the good, Law Abiding Truth telling Citizens like me fight for our life and livlihood at the hands of his corruption and Constitutional Rights Violating Career.. Sending Bad Guys to Jail? What a Crock, only if he did not need them to set someone up or they could not Pay the Plea Bargain Fee.. HE Let the CRIMES go unsolved, and the Criminals Get away.. On Purpose..

The most traumatic event of Anderson’s career occurred in 1968 when he was still wet behind the ears. A deputy called Anderson in a panic, relaying that he had accidently shot his wife while cleaning a gun.

“He said, ‘My God, Daryl, get there as fast as you can,’” he recalled."

"On scene, Anderson realized that his fellow officer beat the woman to death.

The murder tainted the reputation of all Lincoln County law-enforcement agencies.

“It took about 2-1/2 years to live that down in the law-enforcement field,” Anderson said. “They looked at all of us as wife killers.”

Anderson and the sheriff arrested the deputy, whose murder one charge was reduced to voluntary manslaughter. The man who killed his wife in front of their two small children spent less than 10 years in prison.

The injustice stung most when Anderson came upon the man after he was released.

“There he was with his new bride, about eight to nine years later,” Anderson recalled.

Sad Story indeed, glad the Guy was Prosecuted,
but why did Anderson's Deputies Cover up in HIM Beating his own Wife?

Another poignant memory for Anderson is the 1987 murder of 8-year-old Ryan Van Luchene. He had been netting minnows on Flower Creek close to his home when a paroled sex offender abducted, raped and brutally beat him to death. Close to the case, Anderson still sees red when he talks about Van Luchene’s killer.

“I couldn’t even go down in my own jail,” recalled Anderson, who was then a lieutenant. “I didn’t want to look at him.”

This is a Sick Story, I know it well, and I am glad a hint of consciousness shows up in this statement.. thing is since then many have been beaten and some by cops, many woman raped.. over 45 in 2009 alone and Sheriff Anderson and the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Flat Out lied about it.. those woman beat .. violated. .and that does not sicken him.. What happened to me did not sicken him. did he see the sites threatening to burn me at the stake for telling the truth..

.. one woman called me.. and for years her step dad beat and raped, her... it was in Trego.. the guy killed her dog in front of her, made her live on a dirt floor and raped her for years.. Anderson New.. social serves knew and they did nothing... does this not sicken Lincoln County Sheriff Daryl Anderson and Many more stories.. came to me in 2009 that would drop you to your knees they are so Sick and ALL on the Watch of the Not So Honorable Lincoln County Sheriff Daryl Anderson.

Working together with people over the years to better the county has offset the negative aspects of the job. Anderson is proud to have been a founder of David Thompson Search and Rescue, which has developed into a group capable of complex, technical rescue missions. Through that agency, Anderson and others founded Libby and Troy’s first volunteer ambulance crew.

After a few years as a Lincoln County deputy, Anderson moved to the Libby Police Department in 1970, working his way up to assistant chief. In 1982, the city contracted out its law enforcement to the county, so he became a deputy once again.

He credits his old chief, Elvon “Cub” Welch, and a Montana Highway Patrol trooper, James Jensen, for molding him into the officer he became.

“Cub Welch taught me a lot about law enforcement and being a public servant. You work for the people. Treat people like you want to be treated yourself,” Anderson said. “I got to say, they really steered me around to where I knew that this is what I wanted to do for a career.”

Anderson has never taken a bullet, though he has looked down the barrel of a many a gun over his career. A collected demeanor goes a long way, he said, to diffuse those stressful situations.

“There’s been a lot of different times that there were guns involved but not to the point where you couldn’t get them to put it down,” Anderson said. “There’s been some harry times.”

In more recent years, as sheriff, Anderson has had the department work with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Border Patrol to provide intelligence that has slowed illegal activity up north and landed the sheriff’s office quite a bit of cash and equipment from seizures.

What a Joke, it is my understanding that Daryl Anderson sucked up Customs Money alright.. but stories told talk about murders in the Yaak .. 4 in 2008 - 2009 where they were claimed to be suicides but bullet to the back of the head and no gun.. .. stories of the Cops in Libby dealing drugs.. taking pay offs from dealers all the while soaking up Tax Dollars to pretend to help Customs.. What? There is Tons more to this..

Why is the Truth Criminal in Lincoln County Montana?

“It was a big plus for us because we got to replace a lot of equipment, stuff that we wouldn’t have before and that doesn’t have to be included in the budget,” he said.

Yeah Money is a Big Plus.. To Bad you did not Act in Integrity With it..

Anderson has also been involved with the Montana Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association for the past 10 years, a group that, among other things, lobbies for bills that support law-enforcement agencies.

Oh and don't forget Lincoln County Sheriff Daryl Anderson
VOTED against your Montana Gun Rights..

“Used to be you’d be down there sponsoring a few bills for yourself,” he said. “Now you’re down there all the time defending yourself with all the different bills they’re bringing up that’s going to tie the hands of law enforcement.”

One of the biggest differences between the sheriff’s position now and 12 years ago when he was first elected, he said, is liability. The county’s insurance carrier tends to set much of the department’s policy. Training has also changed over time, along with the definition of “reasonable force,” to protect the county from lawsuits.

Lincoln County Sheriff Daryl Anderson had no Liability he was above the Law, however soon tons of Lawsuits will Flood Lincoln Counties Insurance Carriers and I Will Be One of them..

“It’s a young man generation for sheriff now,” Anderson said. “There are so many changes coming up. You just get tired, burnt out from all the different things.”

He’ll enjoy retirement, but he doesn’t plan to fall off the grid.

No Way .. I will make sure that Lincoln County Sheriff Daryl Anderson stays on the Grid and in the News.. and He will NOT be Enjoying all the Lawsuits and Criminal Charges he Will Face .. Retired or Not.. the Truth is the Truth and the Law is the Law..

“I think the first year I’m going to do a little fishing, but I’ll get back involved in some things – Search and Rescue, for one,” he said. “I ain’t going to go nowhere.”

Dear Ms. Campbell:

I read with interest and then shock the above-mentioned Records of Decision. Because

the technology developed by my company is prominently mentioned in the RODs and

because the information provided is wholly incorrect, it is appropriate to reiterate the

inaccurate statements, make appropriate inquiries and for EPA to provide a detailed

response to this letter.

The information provided in the RODs that address thermochemical conversion would

imply that EPA actually conducted an evaluation of the technology as part of an effort to

identify a cleanup alternative that is protective of human health and the environment and

to protect citizens of Libby, Montana. However, this is not the case.

In reference to thermochemical conversion, the RODs state as a basis for rejecting further

consideration of the technology:

1. The technology has “higher relative cost”,

2. The technology is “relatively new”,

3. There is a “lack of irreversibility data”,

4. “Because the wastes must be shipped to an off-site treatment facility in another state,

treated, and then shipped back to the site for disposal, transportation costs are also

disproportionately high”,

5. The process uses “hydrofluoric acid” as a reagent for the process.

These statements are utterly and completely false. And EPA has absolutely no basis

upon which to make them. Here is why:

A. EPA cannot know the cost of thermochemical conversion technology because

ARI Technologies was never contacted by EPA or the Montana DEQ to find out

anything about the technology.

In fact, my personal attempts to provide the EPA

with technical briefings and cost information were rejected by EPA Region 8 and

EPA Region 3.

B. This technology was awarded a National Operating Permit by EPA Headquarters

in 1997. This was thirteen years ago. The technology has been repeatedly

demonstrated many times since. Exactly what is the definition of “relatively new”

and how is it used to protect the citizens of Libby, Montana?

C. The treated products produced by thermochemical conversion technology are

chemically and physically identical to igneous rocks. Any competent geologist

knows that materials of this composition do not spontaneously turn into asbestos.

Formation of asbestos requires hydrated high temperature, high pressure

conditions and a few million years of deep (several kilometers) burial. It is

impossible for materials possessing volcanic rock compositions to spontaneously

turn into asbestos under atmospheric conditions. The statement regarding

irreversibility in the ROD demonstrates a supreme lack of understanding of

geochemical processes.

D. ARI’s web site prominently displays the on-site treatment capabilities of this

technology. ARI conducted its 90-day permitting treatment requirements using a

transportable system on site under the supervision of EPA. I personally made a

formal, well-publicized presentation in March 2009 to a group of approximately

250 stakeholders of which 14 individuals just happened to represent EPA

including EPA’s legal counsel. The subject of this presentation was on-site

thermochemical conversion of asbestos waste.

The section in the ROD stating that there is a requirement for transport of the waste clearly demonstrates that EPA’s level of evaluation of this technology did not include even a causal glance at ARI’s web site or any internal communication whatsoever.

E. ARI’s thermochemical conversion process does not use, never has used and never

will use hydrofluoric acid in any way. Exactly where did EPA come up with this

belief?

After reviewing the above-mentioned RODs, I have no alternative but to draw the

conclusion that the information provided on our technology was simply made up by the

EPA.

I have read many RI/FS and ROD documents in my career.

I have to say that, with respect to the information contained on thermochemical conversion technology, I have never read a document that is more completely false and inaccurate than the abovereferenced RODs.

I would be very interested in receiving an explanation regarding how millions of tax dollars can be spent on a Record of Decision, the contents of which appear

to be the product of creative writing instead of diligent, well thought out technical

evaluations.

The utter complete inaccuracy of the information discussed herein calls into

serious question all other information contained in the documents and the associated

conclusions.

EPA has been tasked by the President to protect human health and the environment and

SARA established a preference for treating waste rather than covering it up.

The contents of these RODs clearly show that an objective evaluation was not conducted.

Rather, what was believed to be the cheapest option was obviously chosen early in the

process and the justification for eliminating other options was then invented.

With reference to the documents:

RECORD OF DECISION FOR LIBBY ASBESTOS SUPERFUND SITE THE FORMER EXPORT PLANT OPERABLE UNIT 1

LINCOLN COUNTY, MONTANA, and the same document for Operable Unit 2 of the same site:

In these documents there are specific references to ARI Technologies, Inc. and thermochemical conversion technology and the application of this technology for the destruction of asbestos waste.

Please provide the following:

1. The source of all information used by the EPA to describe ARI Technologies and thermochemical conversion technology for the destruction of asbestos including copies of the information obtained by EPA and the source of this documentation,

2. How EPA evaluated and assessed the concept of "irreversibility" of products produced from thermochemical conversion technology and how EPA evaluates the products from waste treatment technologies to determine if the product has been irreversibly destroyed/converted and how EPA determined that thermochemical conversion technology had not been adequately assessed for irreversibility of its treated product,

3. The names, titles and addresses of EPA employees who are responsible for gathering, assessing, writing and publishing any and all information related to ARI Technologies and thermochemical conversion technology in the above-mentioned RODs,

4. Where and how EPA obtained information regarding the claimed use of hydrofluoric acid in the process of thermochemical conversion,

5. How EPA determined the cost for implementation of thermochemical conversion technology as a potential cleanup option for the Libby site and the costs used by the EPA that were a basis for eliminating thermochemical conversion technology from further consideration as a cleanup alternative,

5. How EPA arrived at the conclusion that in order to treat the asbestos waste from the Libby site using thermochemical conversion, the waste would have to be transported out of state and that the treated products would have to be transported back to Libby following treatment,

6. The transportation costs that EPA referenced in the ROD and the source of these costs identified for such transport,

7. The definition of "relatively new" as used in the ROD to describe thermochemical conversion technology and how this term is used to assess whether or not to implement waste treatment technologies on Superfund sites,

8. How EPA determined that thermochemical conversion technology could not be implemented on site,

1. The subject of the records requested concern the development and publication of a Record of Decision by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This is an operation undertaken by the government.

2. The contents of the ROD are not adequately explained and the ROD appears to have grossly incorrect and egregious errors. The requested documentation will contribute to an understanding how how such errors could be present in such an important document.

3. The ROD affects the public health and welfare of the citizens of Libby, Montana.

Disclosure of the requested information will assist the public in understanding how EPA has used incorrect and faulty information to protect the public.

4. The contents of the ROD affect the public health of the citizens of Libby, Montana. If EPA cannot adequately explain how so much incorrect information ended up in a Record of Decision, it will have a significant impact on public health.

5. Regarding commercial interest, the contents of the ROD appear to be wanton and willful misrepresentation of facts that will cause irreparable harm to ARI Technologies, Inc.

6. The primary interest in disclosure is to inform the public how millions of dollars can be spent to produce a document, the contents of which appear to be comprised of creative writing rather than objective, diligent and scientific evaluations.
