Therefore, all decision-making authority is vested in the elders (pastors), who shepherd the church (6)"

This is an interesting web stat, as the collateral damage of lies of Lyme Disease in Montana is the lives of those who have it and are ignored treatment. As in the case of Randy Wilson of Interbel Eureka, Montana refusing to acknowledge that lyme disease exists and is deadly. Lyme disease is also suspected to be sexually transmitted as in some reports, and to cause fatal heart attacks and much more. NIH in Montana is to me, very dangerous.

The University of Montana promotes stalkers, ignores those who cry out for help. For years The University of Montana has known of my case and they do nothing to investigate. The University of Montana President is now on a Homeland Security Committee and still nothing is done to protect the Rights of Montanans or even those affected by University of Montana Employees.

For years I worked with the University of Montana police to expose issues, I was ignored in order to protect corrupt cops, attorneys, judges and even the Montana Attorney General.

In Montana, by Law, you are not a Victim unless the Montana Courts say there was a crime. And Montana is strictly pay to play in the justice system. So getting a Judge to say it was a crime and thereby qualify you as a "Victim", well that is nearly impossible.

Counties such as Ravalli County and Lincoln County, in conjunction with Missoula County and other Counties in Montana, protect rapists over and over again.

I wrote of over 40 rapes a few years back in ONE Montana County. The local cops had told me of cases, I met with victims, there was DNA, rape kits and more and Bernie Cassidy Lincoln County Attorney ignored it. Cops at the time offered to get female officers from other counties to find out who the rapists were, and get them prosecuted. Bernie Cassidy, county attorney denied the cop this way to find the CRIMINALS and serve Justice.

In Montana, Rape is just a way of life and the Montana Attorney General was well aware of what happened in our county and it moved to Hamilton Montana, and to Missoula and the Date Rape Drug is still rampant and Rape is NOT taken serious.

Good Cops cannot do their job in the State of Montana as the Wall of Corruption is to high, they try, they call me with their stories and end up leaving the state.

When I was Exposing massive rapes in Lincoln County in 2009, I received a death threat in which the county attorney protected the sender, as did Judge Robin Clute several counties over. I also received harassing threatening emails, comments, hate groups and more, ALL originating from the University of Montana IP address. I cried out for help for Years.

Judge Stormy Langston in Lincoln County Ignored my Rights, Judge Haynes in Hamilton Montana Denied my Rights, Detective Jamie Merifield in Missoula Ignored my Rights, the University of Montana Police and the University of Montana President ignored my rights, the Montana FBI Ignored my Rights. Judge Robin Clute in Hamilton Montana, protected by the, then County Attorney George Corn, and more protected Rapists over an Investigative Bloggers rights, who was simply telling the story of the victims involved.

At that time, It seemed that the Rapists were running drugs for the Libby Montana Cops, and were protected by the County Attorney Bernie Cassidy. Cops told me of a Truck with blood and fingernails in the dash, they say County Attorney Bernie Cassidy hid the Truck to protect the Rapist. Bernie Cassidy protected Richard Brown in Eureka Montana, as he took pictures of underage women from his main street place of business. Bernie Cassidy, refused to let the cop investigating go to his home and search his computers, his belongings. This same county attorney keeps a death threat sent to me, and proof of who sent it, locked tightly away.

Cops told me of several rapes with rape kits done, and that they hired more staff at the Hospital to handle rape kits, yet the County Attorney, Bernie Cassidy refused to prosecute. Sheriff Anderson's son in law was a cop, years ago, he made a young woman have sex with him to get out of a traffic ticket, the Dad told me the story crying. He complained to the Attorney General, Sheriff Anderson's son in law is said to work at the state prison now, he was never prosecuted.

Many "dads" contacted me about their daughters who performed sexual favors on cops to get out of tickets. When good cops stand up they are silenced by the Code of Blue, they have to protect each other or they are threatened, set up, run out of town or worse. And woman cops in Montana, it is even worse.

I got stories from several mothers of their son's dying in jail, what is known as the famous Montana Suicide which is really death by cop. The year I was writing so much on Montana Corruption, there was 4 suicides in the Yaak Montana, bullet to the back of the head and no gun I was told. I was told of huge amounts of money that drug runners had and cops or border guards shot the drug dealer and the "media" never spoke of the money. The Stories never end, and the Truth is CRIMINAL.

That same year I was exposing the Cops, County Attorney and Rapes, I was put on a homeland security watch list, all because I spoke out against RAPE.

Montana loves Rapists and County Attorneys like George Corn of Hamiliton Montana, now an Attorney in Missoula Montana at Datsopoulos MacDonald & Lind, PROTECT the Criminals and PUNISH folks like me, who stand up for the rights of the Victims.

Folks like Montana Attorney George Corn and Bernie Cassidy Lincoln County Attorney, keep the legacy of Rape in Montana alive and well, and certainly LEGAL.

Over the last 3 years I have gotten lots of stories from many Montana Counties, RAPE is Rape, and boys will be boys as they say. Nothing can be done about the corruption and horror in the Judicial System in Montana.

At that time I thought that the Laws mattered, that the cops and detectives would listen, that the newspaper would not lie about Rape. Thing is I was very wrong, the Newspaper, Commissioners, Cops and more, IGNORED the stories of what was REALLY happening to these women. The local rape advocate seemed to give up trying to get the cops to prosecute and did what she could to help the continual flow of victims. She even told victims to call me, as I seemed to be the only hope of justice, and all I could do was get them heard. Bernie Cassidy, Lincoln County Attorney Montana, to this day is harassing women, threatening to put them in Mental Institutes simply because he is protecting the Lincoln County Elite, such as Interbel Big Shot Randy Wilson. And the truth about Lyme Disease in Montana and Prompt Care in Eureka and North Valley Hospital in covering up the fact that Ticks in Montana is a VERY big deal.

I gave voice to woman who have been raped over decades, and over 40 Rapes that one summer in Lincoln County. I even gave voice to a man falsely accused of rape. See if RAPE was taken serious and prosecuted in Montana, this would also protect those falsely accused.

The Local, State and Federal Authorities attacked me, the Messenger, and all I was doing was speaking out for the victims involved in the crimes. "Montana Rape Claims Under Federal Inquiry"

The U.S. Justice Department is investigating whether sexual-assault allegations against students at the University of Montana, including at least six football players, were properly handled.

Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez said Tuesday that federal officials would examine whether the university, as well as the Missoula, Mont., police department and county attorney, failed over the past three years to adequately investigate and prosecute numerous alleged rapes.

"The voices of women who have been sexually assaulted must be heard," Mr. Perez said in a call with reporters. He said there have been at least 11 reported cases of sexual assault involving Montana students within the past 18 months, but added that the investigation would examine alleged rapes of all women in Missoula, not just university students.

Mr. Perez said the Justice Department isn't seeking monetary penalties against the university or any criminal action against the accused assailants. "Our focus is on the systemic issue: Do the university and law-enforcement agencies have the necessary...policies in place to protect the women?" he said.

The investigation is the latest twist in a controversy that has dominated the news in Missoula, a town of 70,000 in the Rocky Mountains, and has taken a toll on the university's football team.

In March, University of Montana President Royce Engstrom dismissed head football coach Robin Pflugrad and athletic director Jim O'Day. The Grizzlies had just won the Big Sky Conference title and Mr. Pflugrad had been named the conference's coach of the year.

Mr. Pflugrad's lawyer said at the time he believed the media firestorm over the alleged sexual assaults led to the firing. Mr. O'Day's lawyer couldn't be reached for a response.

Mr. Engstrom, who didn't return a request Tuesday for comment on the investigation, gave no reason for his decision to dismiss the two men.

The Missoula police chief and county attorney didn't return requests for comment on Tuesday."

The Missoula Police, Jamie Merifield, seems to think that if a Man threatens to kill a woman, stalks and harasses her that the best thing to do is go to the University of Montana, and ask him if he did it. If the Department of Justice is really looking into this, they need to look at why Royce Engstrom ignores what he is told about crimes, corruption, stalkers who are at the University of Montana.

It is said to be an average of $5000 to $25,000 for a plea bargain and the Laws are Irrelevant. So do NOT get your hopes up on corruption in Montana having any kind of justice with an alleged Federal Investigation over a University of Montana Rape. See, even the cops that do care, are powerless against the Wall of Corruption the State of Montana.

If there really is an investigation to if this was properly handled, well I have years of emails to the U of M police about my Death Threats from the U of M, IP address and they did not listen. "So, what happened next, after an alleged secret meeting between then McHenry County Deputy, turned FBI Informant, Scott Milliman, and a couple Rockford based FBI agents turned sour?

According to Scott Milliman, at some point thereafter, a time frame I cannot quote with exactness, but at some point between this blowout in the Woodstock parking lot dated September 17, 2009, but before the 2010, McHenry County Sheriff's 'General Election,' Milliman claims he placed what would now be his second telephone call to the office of Chicago based, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald.

Milliman had disclosed that he had initiated one previous meeting with Mr. Fitzgerald which lead to his becoming an FBI informant to begin with. This I believe if my memory serves me correctly was sometime around 2006?

The now former deputy claims he got Mr. Fitzgerald's secretary on the line and he asked her if she remembered him. Milliman claims the secretary stated affirmatively that indeed she had.

Milliman then told me he told this secretary that he, Milliman, needed a second sit down meeting with Mr. Fitzgerald. I was told that Mr. Fitzgerald's secretary told Scott Milliman that she would speak with the U.S. Attorney and she would get back in touch with him.

I recall Scott Milliman telling me that he was surprised at how quickly the U.S. Attorney's secretary called him back telling him, "I spoke with Mr. Fitzgerald and he does remember you, and that he would be happy to meet with you again."

I do not recall how many days or what exact time frame passed since the day of this phone conversation and the day that the then "Still Active Duty, McHenry County Deputy Sheriff/FBI Informant Scott Milliman" actually allegedly went back to the Chicago offices of the U.S. Attorney. "

Media Bloggers Association, Corbin Fisher Marc Randazza starts a WAR with Investigative Blogger Crystal Cox and STOMPS on Free Speech and First Amendment Rights of All

Marc Randazza, Celebrity First Amendment Attorney, is upset because Crystal Cox Blogger rejected Marc Randazza as her Attorney, and Marc Randazza, is fighting back by conspiring with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox to set up Blogger Crystal Cox. Marc Randazza, after getting secrets, and private information from Blogger, Domainer Crystal Cox, Marc Randazza is working on the Opposite Side of Crystal Cox and the opposite side of Free Speech and the First Amendment Rights of All.
Marc Randazza seem to have not done his homework on Obsidian Finance Group, or Kevin Padrick to determine if there a reason to investigate, or to believe that indeed Blogger Crystal Cox does have those Journalistic Standards or Ethics that Marc Randazza clams I do not have. Marc Randazza’s ego is leading him around. Marc Randazza told Crystal Cox he was impressed with her, me, for standing up for and even being willing to not file an appeal for the Greater Good if that’s what he took. Marc Randazza told blogger Crystal Cox that it was very encouraging to hear that she would choose, to not appeal if that was best for lobby efforts and the good of all Bloggers and Citizen Journalists. And yet Marc Randazza, in a pissing match with Blogger Crystal Cox is now working against the First Amendment Rights of all by working with the Plaintiff’s Camp in Obsidian V. Cox, in order to set up Blogger Crystal Cox, and to throw a fit over a Domain name that he was not smart enough to buy, Marc Randazza .com .

Marc Randazza, does not seem to care who is guilty of what. All Marc Randazza can seem to see is red, because Blogger Crystal Cox rejected him for being bullying, disrespectful and controlling and making deals behind her back and telling the WORLD that Marc Randazza represented Crystal Cox Blogger, when clearly he did not.

Marc Randazza has staged a Subpoena, even though he contacted the Plaintiff and offered himself up to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a Lesson. So What Happened?

How did I, Crystal Cox Blogger begin this pissing match with Marc Randazza, Alleged First Amendment Attorney?

See, after my $2.5 Million Dollar Set Up to “Attempt” to Hide the Secrets of Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp and other Big Oregon Law Firms and Corporations, well, one of my Bloggers contacted Marc Randazza and I agreed to a 3 way conversation to interview Marc Randazza, and he had agreed with my Blogger to talk with me in the possibility of taking my case.

During this call Marc Randazza said that if he took the case he would need money for a certain amount of costs and that it would be an expensive case to file appeal. He said, in a case like this he would normally charge at least $75,000. However, he was considering Pro Bono due to the Media attention I was getting, but even in that would need cost for copies and to be in a hotel in California for the appeal, if he or someone he recommended were to take the case.

Marc Randazza gave many signs during this call that Marc Randazza would most likely not represent me.
And told me that NOT Appealing may be the Best Answer. Marc Randazza never got back to me after this call. I heard later from other Attorneys that Marc Randazza represented me.

During this call Marc Randazza said he was concerned of the “record” and had to take a look at it before deciding. I said that was a responsible thing to do, he said he would look at my documents and get back to me, he did not get back to me, yet told others he represented me, more on that in a bit.

Marc Randazza told me on this call that I had “made a mess,” which I found very slamming as what I do is for the Greater Good and what I was exposing was and is on the right side of the law and certainly on the right side of the Moral Compass.

Marc Randazza saying this, let me know that he had no idea that what I did was a ‘calling,’ it was for massive change and a good thing to bring attention to this issue. Marc Randazza treated me as if I had made a “mess” and with complete disrespect. When in fact, I am creating “Media” and “Legal” attention to something that is VERY important for the Greater Good of ALL.

Marc Randazza said that he was concerned with my “Journalistic Standards”, SHOCKING isn't it, a Porn Company Attorney representing folks that "Society" judges and Marc Randazza is judging and slamming my “Journalistic Standards”? Anyway this disrespectful comment led me to believe that Marc Randazza seemed to have been eating up the bad information about me, this was another sign to me that Marc Randazza was not going to represent me.

I am an Investigative Blogger. And a Very Good ONE. For Over 3 years, I have read contracts, insider emails, legal briefs, documents, LLC Agreements, Legal Filings, depositions, All the documents in Objection to Fees Filed against Tonkon Torp and Obsidian Finance Group by Summit Insiders and I listened to Audio’s of Court Sessions, watched videos of depositions and insider meetings and I interviewed, and yes took notes from the side of the Debtors, Investors, Creditors and more in the Summit Bankruptcy, deeper than any other news outlet. I have covered this story in depth and linked to lots of proof and documentation.

The Media Bloggers Association should pay close attention, as what I was doing was exposing documents, and linking to those documents, and this is what most all bloggers do. The fact that I curse, Capitalize in Odd Places and have my own "Independent Style", well that make me legally "media" as well, and it does not change the Facts. I do what ALL good Investigative Bloggers, Alternative News and Citizen Journalists Do.

There is no way that I don't have an Independent Product and the Oregon Shield Laws, Anti-Slapp Laws, and CERTAINLY the Oregon Retraction Laws SHOULD apply to me. Though I published that Blog Post while living in Boulder Colorado and was sued as a Resident of Montana, out of a Federal Court in Oregon.

Big Media wants to shut me up, so they lie about me, and for some reason Marc Randazza ate up what Big Media said about me, even though it was NOT True. Marc Randazza did not care about my side.

Marc Randazza simply ran me over with his personal opinions and agenda. Marc Randazza says if I were not so UnEthical he may hire me. What? Marc Randazza has no idea what Ethical Is.

Marc Randazza told me that he used to work for Big Media but now he works for bloggers and porn stars, because Marc Randazza claimed that Big Media had the agenda of creating a Monopoly so they make more money. Yet NOW Marc Randazza is working with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox.

Marc Randazza told me that he would have to talk to his existing clients, such as The Media Association of Bloggers, to see if there was a conflict before deciding to represent me or not. Marc Randazza claimed he would get back to me on this. Instead, Marc Randazza contacted the Plaintiff’s side and tried to cut a deal WITHOUT my Consent, without “getting back to me” and without discussing if he represented me, wanted to represent me or if there was a Conflict.

Meanwhile Marc Randazza, of The Media Bloggers Association (MBA) , told lots of people in the “business” that he represented Blogger Crystal Cox, yet that was NOT True. I had agreed to work with another Lawyer and this created a situation that caused me stress, and almost lost me the Lawyer I really wanted.

Did Marc Randazza have to “discuss” a conflict with the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) in any way BEFORE Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff’s side and tried to work out a deal, as if he represented me?

I was told at that time by other members of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was talking with the Plaintiff’s side and trying to work out some arrangement regarding money, or a change to case law. I was Pro Se for a year and I wrote over 50 Court Filed Documents myself. I was and AM in the KNOW on my Case and Marc Randazza simply left me out, THE CLIENT, out of the LOOP, as if I had no brain, no rights and with total disrespect for me, Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza simply and certainly, unethically took it upon himself to contact the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian V. Cox, without my knowledge and without getting back to me on if he wanted to work with me or not, Marc Randazza simply left me hanging with time running out and was working behind my back on a deal. Is this Legal? Well it is certainly NOT Ethical and certainly shows no respect for bloggers nor the First Amendment Rights that Marc Randazza, Allegedly wants to protect.

Also on that first phone call Marc Randazza said he thought it was funny that the Plaintiff thinks they can get $2.5 Million out of me, and now Marc Randazza has offered himself up to help them get any assets they think I have and ESPECIALLY that $10 Domain Name, Marc Randazza .com, that Marc Randazza NEVER Registered for himself.

Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to take Domain Names, which is my only way to make a living, and all in the name of “Constitutional Rights” What? This makes no sense and is NOT True.

Marc Randazza is Vindictive, plain and simply. He was not chosen in the BIGGEST case that the blogsphere has EVER seen regarding one blogger, and a case that will change laws and is already a world wide phenomena and that blogger, me, had the nerve to buy Marc Randazza .com and to even suggest that Marc Randazza hire me to do PR for him. Marc Randazza is so mad that Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage of Marc Randazza’s EGO.

In one of Marc Randazza’s last communications to me he said “do you really want to make an enemy of me?” Marc Randazza thinks that a blogger, a woman, being smarter than him is making him an enemy.

So Marc Randazza is on a mission to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a lesson and be “Deposed” to rant about me to the Plaintiff to attempt to further quash my “Free Speech” and First Amendment Rights, and thereby affecting all BLOGGERS, Citizen Journalists and Alternative Media Worldwide.

Marc Randazza told me that if I appeal it MAY create Bad Law and that maybe I should consider NOT appealing so that my case can be used to Lobby for others in changing laws. I was in agreement, and told Marc Randazza that I simply wanted advice from those surrounding the First Amendment Rights Issue and the First Amendment Bar, so that I could do what was best for all Bloggers, Citizens Journalists and the First Amendment Rights of All.Marc Randazza said he was very glad to hear that, and it made him want to work with me even more, or so he "Alleged" at the time.

Marc Randazza said, if I take your case then my Ethical Duty is to you, yet Marc Randazzaacted as if he had taken my case, without talking to me about it, and was already negotiating with the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian Finance Group Vs. Blogger Crystal Cox.

To me, Crystal Cox, this says that Marc Randazza was already acting as my attorney, and did have an Ethical Duty to me to not disclose my stance, emails, or private conversations with him. Last December I found out that Marc Randazza was Negotiating with the Plaintiff’s Side OF MY LEGAL CASE without my PERMISSION. I was told this by other members of the First Amendment Bar that wanted to represent me.
They had heard that Marc Randazza represented me and even spoke with Marc Randazza, and he had flat out claimed to be representing me, yet Marc Randazza had not told me he was even still considering representing me, Blogger Crystal Cox.

I was told by other Attorneys that I needed to let Marc Randazza know that he did not represent me, because Marc Randazza was telling everybody that he did represent Blogger Crystal Cox on Appeal of Obsidian V. Cox (I have Emails and more to Prove this).

So how is Marc Randazza working with the “Bad Guys”

and on the Opposite Side of Free Speech?

Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to set me up. Marc Randazza is pretending to be under subpoena and pretending to have no choice, but the truth is that Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff, and Marc Randazza initiated dealing with them against me because his EGO is bent that I did not CHOOSE him and I bought Marc Randazza .com.

Marc Randazza is even flying to Portland to be deposed at the Tonkon Torp Law Firm. The Day After I will Be Deposed in Spokane Washington, and I will BE Demanding my Rights to Question Marc Randazza and to be Present at that Deposition. I am Pro Se on this Matter.

Marc Randazza, Celebrity First Amendment Attorney, has his Panties in a Wad over Crystal Cox Blogger (Not Porn Star) rejecting him as her Attorney, and Marc Randazza, is fighting back by conspiring with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox to set up Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza has not done his homework on Obsidian Finance Group, or Kevin Padrick to determine if there a reason to investigate, or to believe that indeed Blogger Crystal Cox does have those Journalistic Standards or Ethics that Marc Randazza spoke of, and Questioned in our conversations.

See, Marc Randazza went to school to be a journalist, and does not seem to be interested in journalistic adventures, such as reading, or Marc Randazza would easily see that Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group are in some major conflicts of interest; massive lobbying and solar tax credits issue, People in Lake County Oregon are very upset at their property rights being run over by Obsidian Finance Group, HomeStreet bank out of Washington filed an Objection to the Fees of Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group, There is history of questionable behavior over the Longview Fibre Deal and Aloha Lumber, and the Oregon Trail Issues.

Marc Randazza is so upset that Blogger Crystal Cox bought Marc Randazza .com, that Marc Randazza cannot see the forest for the trees. And in this Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage.

Marc Randazza’s ego is leading him around. Oh, and about the Greater Good, Marc Randazza told Crystal Cox he was impressed with her, me, for standing up for and even being willing to not file an appeal for the Greater Good if that’s what he took. Marc Randazza told blogger Crystal Cox that it was very encouraging to hear that she would choose, to not appeal if that was best for lobby efforts and the good of all Bloggers and Citizen Journalists. And yet Marc Randazza, in a pissing match with Blogger Crystal Cox is now working against the First Amendment Rights of all by working with the Plaintiff’s Camp in Obsidian V. Cox, in order to set up Blogger Crystal Cox, and to throw a fit over a Domain name that he was not smart enough to buy, Marc Randazza .com .

Marc Randazza, does not seem to care who is guilty of what. All Marc Randazza can seem to see is red, because Blogger Crystal Cox rejected him for being a controlling ass and making deals behind her back and telling the WORLD that Marc Randazza represented Crystal Cox Blogger, when clearly he did not.

So in his rage, Marc Randazza has staged a Subpoena, even though he contacted the Plaintiff and offered himself up to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a Lesson. Ok So What Happened? How did I, Crystal Cox Blogger begin this pissing match with Marc Randazza, Porn Star Attorney Extraordinaire?

See, after my 2.5 Million Dollar Set Up to “Attempt” to Hide the Secrets of Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp and other Big Oregon Law Firms and Corporations, well, one of my Bloggers contacted Marc Randazza and I agreed to a 3 way conversation to interview Marc Randazza, and he had agreed with my Blogger to talk with me in the possibility of taking my case.

During this call Marc Randazza said that if he took the case he would need money for a certain amount of costs and that it would be an expensive case to file appeal. He said, in a case like this he would normally charge at least $75,000. However, he was considering Pro Bono due to the Media attention I was getting, but even in that would need cost for copies and to be in a hotel in California for the appeal, if he or someone he recommended were to take the case.

Marc Randazza gave many signs during this call that Marc Randazza would most likely not represent me.

During this call Marc Randazza said he was concerned of the “record” and had to take a look at it before deciding. I said that was a responsible thing to do, he said he would look at my documents and get back to me, he did not get back to me, yet told others he represented me, more on that in a bit.

Marc Randazza told me on this call that I had “made a mess,” which I found very slamming as what I do is for the Greater Good and what I was exposing was and is on the right side of the law and certainly on the right side of the Moral Compass.

Marc Randazza saying this, let me know that he had no idea that what I did was a ‘calling,’ it was for massive change and a good thing to bring attention to this issue. Marc Randazza treated me as if I had made a “mess” and with complete disrespect. When in fact, I am creating “Media” and “Legal” attention to something that is VERY important for the Greater Good of ALL.

Marc Randazza said that he was concerned with my “Journalistic Standards”, SHOCKING isn't it, a Porn King Attorney representing folks that "Society" judges and Marc Randazza is judging and slamming my “Journalistic Standards”? Anyway this disrespectful comment led me to believe that Marc Randazza seemed to have been eating up the bad information about me, this was another sign to me that Marc Randazza was not going to represent me.

I am an Investigative Blogger. And a Very Good ONE. For Over 3 years, I have read contracts, insider emails, legal briefs, documents, LLC Agreements, Legal Filings and I listened to Audio’s of Court Sessions, watched videos of depositions and insider meetings and I interviewed, and yes took notes from the side of the Debtors, Investors, Creditors and more in the Summit Bankruptcy, deeper than any other news outlet. I have covered this story in depth and linked to lots of proof and documentation.

The Media Bloggers Association should pay close attention, as what I was doing was exposing documents, and linking to those documents, and this is what most all bloggers do. The fact that I curse, Capitalize in Odd Places and have my own "Independent Style", well that make me legally "media" as well, and it does not change the Facts. I do what ALL good Investigative Bloggers, Alternative News and Citizen Journalists Do.

Big Media wants to shut me up, so they lie about me, and for some reason Marc Randazza ate up what Big Media said about me, even though it was NOT True. Marc Randazza did not care about my side. Marc Randazza simply ran me over with his personal opinions and agenda.

Marc Randazza told me that he used to work for Big Media but now he works for bloggers and porn stars, because Marc Randazza claimed that Big Media had the agenda of creating a Monopoly so they make more money. Yet NOW Marc Randazza is working with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox.

Marc Randazza told me that he would have to talk to his existing clients, such as The Media Association of Bloggers, to see if there was a conflict before deciding to represent me or not. Marc Randazza claimed he would get back to me on this. Instead, Marc Randazza contacted the Plaintiff’s side and tried to cut a deal WITHOUT my Consent, without “getting back to me” and without discussing if he represented me, wanted to represent me or if there was a Conflict.

Meanwhile Marc Randazza, of The Media Bloggers Association (MBA) , told lots of people in the “business” that he represented Blogger Crystal Cox, yet that was NOT True. I had agreed to work with another Lawyer and this created a situation that caused me stress, and almost lost me the Lawyer I really wanted.

Did Marc Randazza have to “discuss” a conflict with the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) in any way BEFORE Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff’s side and tried to work out a deal, as if he represented me? I was told at that time by other members of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was talking with the Plaintiff’s side and trying to work out some arrangement regarding money, or a change to case law. I was Pro Se for a year and I wrote over 50 Court Filed Documents myself. I was and AM in the KNOW on my Case and Marc Randazza simply left me out, as if I had no brain, no rights and with total disrespect for me, Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza simply and certainly unethically took it upon himself to contact the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian V. Cox, without my knowledge and without getting back to me on if he wanted to work with me or not, Marc Randazza simply left me hanging with time running out and was working behind my back on a deal. Is this Legal? Well it is certainly NOT Ethical and certainly shows no respect for bloggers nor the First Amendment Rights that Marc Randazza, Allegedly wants to protect.

Also on that first phone call Marc Randazza said he thought it was funny that the Plaintiff thinks they can get $2.5 Million out of me, and now Marc Randazza has offered himself up to help them get any assets they think I have and ESPECIALLY that $10 Domain Name, Marc Randazza .com, that dumb shit Marc Randazza NEVER Registered for himself. Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to take Domain Names, which is my only way to make a living, and all in the name of “Constitutional Rights” What? This makes no sense and is NOT True.

Marc Randazza is Vindictive, plain and simply. He was not chosen in the BIGGEST case that the blogsphere has EVER seen regarding one blogger, and a case that will change laws and is already a world wide phenomena and that blogger, me, had the nerve to buy Marc Randazza .com and to even suggest that Marc Randazza hire her to do PR for him. Marc Randazza is so mad that Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage of Marc Randazza’s EGO.

In one of Marc Randazza’s last communications to me he said “do you really want to make an enemy of me?” Marc Randazza thinks that a blogger, a woman being smarter than him is making him an enemy.

So Marc Randazza is on a mission to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a lesson and be “Deposed” to rant about me to the Plaintiff to attempt to further quash my “Free Speech” and First Amendment Rights, and thereby affecting all BLOGGERS and Alternative Media Worldwide.

Marc Randazza told me that if I appeal it MAY create Bad Law and that maybe I should consider NOT appealing so that my case can be used to Lobby for others in changing laws. I was in agreement, and told Marc Randazza that I simply wanted advice from those surrounding the First Amendment Rights Issue and the First Amendment Bar, so that I could do what was best for all Bloggers, Citizens Journalists and the First Amendment Rights of All. Marc Randazza said he was very glad to hear that, and it made him want to work with me even more.

Marc Randazza said, if I take your case then my Ethical Duty is to you, yet Marc Randazza acted as if he had taken my case, without talking to me about it, and was already negotiating with the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian Finance Group Vs. Blogger Crystal Cox.

To me, Crystal Cox, this says that Marc Randazza was already acting as my attorney, and did have an Ethical Duty to me to not disclose my stance, emails, or private conversations with him. Yet Marc Randazza contacted the “Other” side to Negotiate, and that was in December. Now Marc Randazza is using information I gave him in a Deposition that Marc Randazza is giving the "Plaintiff" to attempt to put me in my place and to take a $10 Domain Name that Marc Randazza was not smart enough to buy, and this, in my opinion, is an Ethical Breach, if not Plain Ol’ Illegal.

Last December I found out that Marc Randazza was Negotiating with the Plaintiff’s Side OF MY LEGAL CASE without my PERMISSION. I was told this by other members of the First Amendment Bar that wanted to represent me. They had heard that Marc Randazza represented me and even spoke with Marc Randazza, and he had flat out claimed to be representing me, yet Marc Randazza had not told me he was even still considering representing me, Blogger Crystal Cox. I was told by other Attorneys that I needed to let Marc Randazza know that he did not represent me, because Marc Randazza was telling everybody that he did represent Blogger Crystal Cox on Appeal of Obsidian V. Cox (I have Emails and more to Prove this).

Marc Randazza has so little respect for potential clients that Marc Randazza simply does as

Marc Randazza pleases without his client’s or potential client’s knowledge.

Can I Sue Marc Randazza for trying to make a deal, acting as if he was my attorney without my consent? I certainly can file Bar Complaints in NV, CA, MA, FL, and AZ to Start.

Marc Randazza is now part of a Witch Hunt to discredit blogger Crystal Cox, in effort to protect Big Corporations such as Obsidian Finance Group, Pacific Power, Government Oversight people such as Judge Randall Dunn and Pamela Griffith of the Department of Justice and Law Firms such as Tonkon Torp, Sussman Shank and Perkins Coie.

Marc Randazza is sacrificing the Free Speech rights of ALL in Marc Randazza’s own personal Ego trip over a blogger that bought Marc Randazza .com. Marc Randazza is NOT a man for the rights of Free Speech. Marc Randazza is a man for the personal EGO Trip of Marc Randazza.

So how is Marc Randazza working with the “Bad Guys” and on the Opposite Side of Free Speech?

Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to set me up. Marc Randazza is pretending to be under subpoena and pretending to have no choice, but the truth is that Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff, and Marc Randazza initiated dealing with them against me because his EGO is bent that I did not CHOOSE him and I bought Marc Randazza .com. Marc Randazza is even flying to Portland to be deposed at the Tonkon Torp Law Firm. Gee I wonder whose dime this is on? And all this because they want to Silence a Blogger Exposing Corruption and to spite a Pro Se Defendant who went with a different lawyer and bought the whiny baby’s name as a dotcom.

Well I guess, Marc Randazza really was for blogger’s rights, until he got all BENT over Blogger Crystal Cox and decided to be part of taking down the Free Speech Rights for ALL Bloggers.

Well you see it seems like more fun and more vindictive for Marc Randazza to work on the opposite side of Free Speech and First Amendment Rights and instead set up blogger Crystal Cox with his Good Ol’ Buddies at Tonkon Torp and Obsidian Finance Group in which Marc Randazza attempted to make a deal with them, financially on my behalf BEHIND MY Back and when he did not represent me.

Yes, I am under the impression that back in December, Marc Randazza contacted the Plaintiff to make a deal on my behalf for them to change the judgement so it would not affect the Porn Industry Free Speech, and this was to be in my best interest. And I was told that at that same time Marc Randazza claimed to many in the First Amendment Bar, that he represented me, and yet Marc Randazza had not told me, the “Alleged” Client. In my Opinion, based on my personal experience I do not recommend nor trust Marc Randazza.

Marc Randazza, seems to me to work on the OPPOSITE side of Free Speech in order to teach a female investigative blogger a lesson for being smarter than him.

This past December, federal judge Marco Hernandez of Oregon issued a ruling in the libel trial of Obsidian Finance Group v. Cox that has dangerous First Amendment implications.
Hernandez ruled that blogger Crystal Cox was not entitled to the same protection under media shield laws that other members of the press enjoy. This ruling made it easy for a jury to find her guilty of libel. That result threatens the First Amendment rights of all citizen-journalists.
With the Internet increasingly serving as the dominant source of information, a national debate has been taking place asking the question, who is a journalist? Legal scholars, journalism academics and First Amendment advocates all have their opinions and as expected, there is little agreement.
But why is this issue so complicated? Bloggers, like all citizens of the United States, have First Amendment rights. Has the definition of a journalist changed? Or has perception and therefore legal definition simply not adjusted to modern technology?
According to Professor Kyu Ho Youm of the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication, Judge Hernandez “ruled correctly” in the Cox case. But he also acknowledges that the ruling was based on his “textual interpretation” and that “pre-Internet law needs updating.”
Youm offers a wake-up call to state legislators. Media shield laws must be revised to make clear that bloggers and all citizen-journalists deserve the same protection as the city hall beat-writer at the local newspaper.
This is especially important, as technology and new economic realities have forced newspapers all over the country to cut staff drastically and in many cases, close up shop. The public now relies on citizen-journalists to perform an invaluable service to our democracy — serving as government watchdogs.

"A security guard at North County Fair in Escondido has come under fire in recent weeks for allegedly using physical force against people at the shopping mall, two of whom were off-duty police officers.

Complaints about the conduct of the security guard, Darrell Potts, are contained in two lawsuits that have been filed in Vista Superior Court. Also named as defendants are May Centers Inc., which manages the mall and employs Potts; and Ernest W. Hahn, Inc., the developer and owner of the mall.

In one of the suits, Sheriff's Deputy Jay Sheffield and Escondido Police Officer William Wolfe accuse Potts of false imprisonment, assault and battery, and invasion of privacy.

Sheffield and Wolfe state they were walking in the mall on April 22 when Potts forcibly detained Sheffield by grabbing his arm and twisting it behind his back. Potts also threatened Wolfe with physical violence if he left the premises, according to the suit.

The two men state that Potts implied that they were detained on suspicion of shoplifting.

A plainclothes police officer and a uniformed security guard came to assist Potts and participated in frisking Sheffield and Wolfe, the suit says. The two men were never charged with a crime. Sheffield and Wolfe claim they also suffered humiliation and embarrassment when they were forced to identify themselves as police officers in front of a crowd that had gathered around them.

The two are seeking $1.25 million in punitive damages and an unspecified amount for general damages. The other lawsuit was filed by Sharon Rose Ferravanti who stated that on July 9 in the mall Potts placed her in a choke hold, "rendering (her) immobile and nearly unconscious." Ferravanti's attorney, Charles Renshaw of Escondido, said the altercation followed an argument between Ferravanti and Potts over her car being towed.

Ferravanti had become angry and thrown papers from Potts' desk into the air, triggering his use of force, Renshaw said. Ferravanti -- who Renshaw said is 5 feet 3 inches tall to Potts' more than 6 feet in height -- is seeking $1 million in punitive damages and an unspecified amount in general damages and expenses. Frank Daly, North County Fair manager, would not comment on whether Potts is still employed at the mall. End-of-Story "

Hence Denying Heather Henson a New Trial, when clearly the Libby Montana Law Enforcement ignored her pleas for help, ignored calls from campers on Larry Kingsley, lied about rape kids and more conspiracy and cover up and a woman sits in jail whereby she had to shoot her aggressor to get away. The court upheld 19th Judicial District Court Judge Michael Prezeau’s decisions in the December 2008 trial that led to the conviction of Heather Michelle Henson, who was 19 when the shooting occurred.
